Felsted School, Music Department, Brass Day February 2012
26 February 2012

Felsted School, Felsted, Essex CM6 3LL, will be holding its annual Brass Day on Sunday February 26 2012.
The Brass Day, organised by the Felsted School Music Department, begins at 1.30pm and culminates in a concert in the School Chapel at 6.30pm

The day is open to players and ensembles of all standards and the participants will benefit from workshops, masterclasses and performances by professional teachers and performers.

At 6.30pm the concert in the School Chapel will include performances by all the particpants, the faculty brass ensemble and several pieces for trumpet and organ performed by Stephen King, organist at Brentwood Cathedral, and myself. The day is an ideal opportunity to socialise and perform with brass enthusiasts and, if you are new to the brass world, would be a great way to learn more about your chosen instrument.

I'm looking forward to meeting as many young brass players as possible during the day so if you wish to book your place either call the Music Department on 01371 822685 or email at musicdept@felsted.org

Ticket prices are 15 for the whole day or 5 for the evening concert only.
