RTHK The Works interview with Ben Pelletier and Cherry Tsang (Piano)
In November 2016 I visited Hong Kong to work with the brass and wind students at Baptist University Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Academy of Performing Arts.
This was a fabulous experience and the classes included a performance with the HKAPA Wind ensemble, the HKAPA Brass Ensemble and individual tuition for the trumpet students at both BUHK and HKAPA.
During my stay it was a pleasure to meet Ben Pelletier, pro trombonist and co-host of the RHTK arts programme The Works. During my interview we discussed a range of topics including my work as a performer in London and the exciting work of the London Mozart Players.
Fortunately, there was an opportunity to perform on the show so Cherry Tsang kindly joined me to perform a lovely piece of music for trumpet and piano by Cecilia McDowall - 'Nocturne in Blue and Gold'
